Beverley Johnson is the MD of B.E.V. Recruitment and established the company in 2003 after gaining 8 years experience working in Technical & Engineering and Senior Managerial positions. Beverley has a large portfolio of Blue Chip Clients within the Oil & Gas sector, both in the UK and Overseas. Beverley is qualified in HR and Business Management, and also holds a Diploma in PR, Marketing and Advertising. She is also an accredited user of the Saville & Holdsworth psychometric testing certificates and a Member of the British Psychological society. |

Felicity Booth (CertRP) is our Business Development Manager, World-wide. Felicity looks after our overseas business as well as bringing in new business. Felicity holds a degree in Business Studies and holds her CertRP as well as having vast experience in International Sales and Business Development. |

John Montague (AREC) is our Sales Executive. With 23 years experience under his belt, his main focus is further developing our client base and ensuring existing client relationships are maintained. With a strong sales background and previous customer facing roles John is the man for the job!! |

Cheryl Baillie (CertRP) Senior Consultant is a valued member of our Technical & Engineering team. Cheryl concentrates her efforts on several key accounts. Having established an excellent relationship with her clients Cheryl strives to provide quality after-sales service. Cheryl also holds a degree with honours in Sociology. |

Steven Farrugia (CertRP) Senior Consultant also a focal point for several of our key accounts within our Technical & Engineering team. Having gained an MBA in History and International Relations, Steven has a flair for knowing his niche market and providing his clients with prompt results. |

Heather Sim (AREC) looks after our Commercial Division. Recruiting for all Admin, Office Support and I.T. roles for our clients, Heather enjoys the varied and challenging role she has within B.E.V. Recruitment. Heather has great working relationship with Clients and candidates alike. |

Caroline Pollock (CertRP) joined us from a senior role in Retail Management. Caroline has an Honours Degree in Tourism & Hospitality Management and a Post Grad in Tourism Management as well as gaining her CertRP. She enjoys the satisfaction of "placing the right person in the right job". |

Michael Mackie (CertRP) has a BSC in Business and Sports Administration. He also holds his Cert RP and is part of our Technical & Engineering Team. Michael has vast experience of both the public and private sector having been involved in major procurement projects in previous roles. |

David Mackie (CertRP) holds an MA in Management with Marketing as well as his CertRP. Having travelled and worked in Australia, David enjoys the varied and diverse nature of recruitment. David is part our Technical & Engineering team.

Tracy Christie is the Senior Training and Recruitment Officer. She is responsible for ensuring all our business processes are carried out in accordance with ISO standards as well as staff training requirements. Whilst working towards our Investors in People she maintains and improves our in-house procedures. with excellent administration skills Tracy thrives in the busy office environment. |

Debbie Stephen is the Senior Sales Administrator & PA to the MD. She deals with all administration for Sales Executive and the Overseas Recruitment Consultant, as well as her PA duties. Debbie enjoys the variety that working in recruitment gives her. With no two days the same she has plenty variety in her working day. |
