Executive Search.

 

 

For Clients who require Senior Personnel we provide an Executive Search Service.  This normally consists of three stages but can be bespoke dependant upon our Clients requirements.  These stages are normally as follows:-

  • Defining the target
  • Researching the field and making the approaches
  • Interviewing, selecting and negotiating with the candidate

 

During our Executive Search process, we can arrange for out of office facilities for both Candidate and Client to sustain confidentiality during negotiations and interviews.
